Returns & Exchanges

At Love Indy, we happily offer exchanges or store credit if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please note that exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on available stock at the time of processing.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us immediately at EMAIL ADDRESS. The item must be unworn/unused, otherwise our ability our ability to investigate and process a replacement may be affected.

Returns Process:

You may initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us via EMAIL ADDRESS as soon as possible.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package reaches us safely, as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please take care when trying on garments; we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains, or any noticeable scent from perfume or body odor.
